Irving has executed all of the mailings. They would expect them to be in all homes by the end of the week of October 3^rd. Please allow up to the end of the week before calling ( 1-888-310-1924) to request another. Irving mails out oil and propane agreements in separate envelopes.

Members who have applied to participate in the Irving Program and have not received a fuel agreement: If Irving's Customer Service Dept indicates that we did not submit your name to them for inclusion in the mailing, please contact us promptly so we can provide you alternative competitive pricing with one of our other fuel suppliers.

Irving is offering participating members a fixed price for this year's fuel agreement.

Irving will not be mailing fuel agreements to members that have a balance due over 30 days. Please contact Irving at 1-888-310-1924 to address any billing issues that would prevent you from participating in our discounted fuel pricing program through Irving Oil.

Irving has informed us that they will not give Fuel Club pricing to members that use less than 300 gallons of a primary fuel product. We have contacted our other fuel dealers and they are happy to accept Fuel Club members that fall short of Irving's minimum 300 gallons of fuel products. We will be e-mailing and using USPS mail to reach you with information to set up your new accounts with other Fuel Club dealers that will offer preferred pricing.
